Church in Ghana Hosts a Pro Life Conference


The Catholic Church in Ghana is hosting a two-day conference in support of life and the family in the West African nation. The Pro Life meeting, due to end on 8 August at the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Accra is being held under the theme: Promoting Life and Family Values in the Continuing Culture of Death. The initiative is being spearheaded by the Health Commission of the Ghana Catholic Bishops’ Conference (GCBC).

Archbishop Gabriel Charles Palmer-Buckle of Accra spoke to us about the 7-8 August conference which aims to strengthen the witness of the faithful and other Christians to promote the dignity of life from conception to its natural end.
