Vatican to hold press briefing on Venice Biennale Pavilion
( Vatican Radio) The Vatican has announced a press briefing will be held in the Holy See Press Hall Thursday 9 April at 11.30 am to inform accredited journalists about the Holy See’s Pavilion at the 56th Venice Biennale. The international art exhibition will run from 9 May to 22 November 2015. The Holy See’s Pavilion is entitled, “In the Beginning ... the Word was made flesh .”
Speakers at next week’s press briefing will include:
- Em.mo Card . Gianfranco Ravasi , President of the Pontifical Council for Culture and the Commissioner of the Pavilion of the Holy See ;
- Dr . Paolo Baratta , President of the Venice Biennale ;
- Dr. Micol Forti, Head of Contemporary Art Collection of the Vatican Museums and Curator of the Pavilion of the Holy See .
