Nigeria’s Bishop Emmanuel Badejo is the new Chair for CEPACS


Nigeria’s Bishop Emmanuel Badejo of Oyo Diocese is the new Bishop Chairman for CEPACS which is the committee of social communications at SECAM. SECAM stands for the Symposium of Episcopal Conferences of Africa and Madagascar. Its headquarters is in Accra, Ghana.

CEPACS is the Pan-African Episcopal Committee for Social Communications at SECAM.  It is often referred to by its French acronym  of CEPACS which translates to Comité Episcopal Panafricain Pour les Communications.

Bishop Badejo is also the Episcopal Chairman of Communications for the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Nigeria (CBCN). His new appointment to CEPACS is with immediate effect.
