U.S: Ohio man arrested for DC terror plot

(Vatican Radio/agencies)  A U.S. man who converted to Islam has been arrested in connection with a plot to bomb the U.S. Capitol.  20 year old Christopher Cornell from Ohio was put under surveillance after he posted comments on social media saying hat he sympathized with Islamic State militants.

Court documents say Cornell had discussed plans with an FBI informant, saying he considered members of Congress to be his enemies.  He  outlined a plot to place pipe bombs at and near the U.S. Capitol  and use firearms to kill employees.
