Low-cost budget for Pope's Sri Lanka visit

Father Merl Shanthi Perera, the Procurator General of Archdiocese of Colombo, is in charge of the Finance Committee for the visit of Pope Francis to Sri Lanka, Jan. 13-15.  He explained to Vatican Radio's reporter, Fr. Louis Xystus Jerome how they were keeping the costs low in keeping with the simple and frugal ways of the Pope.   Listen:
