Dilma Rousseff begins a second term as Brazil's President


(Vatican Radio) Dilma Rousseff has been inaugurated in a second term as Brazil's President. At the ceremony, Rousseff spoke of how the Workers Party- the PT, which has been in power since 2003, has lifted 36 million people out of poverty. She vowed to seek better education, health care and to fight against corruption, while creating millions of new Jobs, in spite of difficult circumstances globally.
