Russia faces tighter sanctions over Ukraine

US President Barrack Obama will sign legislation by the end of the week to authorize new sanctions on Russia over its perceived aggression in Ukraine. The bill also allows the providing of weapons to the government in Kiev. The increased pressure on Russia comes while the nation is facing huge economic difficulties.
