NATO monitoring Russia-Ukraine border

NATO's top commander says Russia still has forces arrayed along Ukraine's border sufficient to mount a major incursion, and that Russia is using its military might to affect internal Ukrainian politics. US Air Force General Philip Breedlove made the announcement in Kiev where he expressed concern about Russia's alleged attempts to control the Black Sea. The General also said that the United States will help Ukraine's army respond more effectively against attacks from Russian troops and Russian-backed separatists in the east.
