'Vatican Weekend' September 13, 2014 : spirituality and culture

(Vatican Radio) Veronica Scarisbrick presents 'Vatican Weekend' for September 13, 2014 which features background to the pilgrimage of Pope Francis to the War Memorial of 'Redipuglia' in north eastern Italy to mark the centenary of the First World War. A programme which includes sound from the visit of Saint John Paul II's visit there in 1992 as well as information regarding Saint John XXIII who was military chaplain at the time of the Great War. One  which begins with a report on the weekly general audience of Pope Francis with pilgrims from across the world.
