Card. Llovera, Pope’s Special Envoy to Jubilee celebrations

Vatican City, Pope Francis has appointed on Saturday Cardinal Antonio Cañizares Llovera, Prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, as his special envoy in Panama for the concluding celebrations of the jubilee commemorating the 500 year of the first diocese (Santa Maria Antigua) on the mainland of the Americas.
