New Bishop for San Diego

(Vatican Radio) Pope Francis on Wednesday accepted Bishop Robert Brom’s resignation from the pastoral care of the Diocese of San Diego (U.S.A) in conformity with canon 401 §1 of the Code of Canon Law.

Bishop Brom is succeeded by Bishop Cirilo Flores (pictured), who has been serving as Co-adjutor of the Diocese.
