Pope to conclude the Christian unity week at St. Paul’s Basilica

January 17, 2013: Pope Benedict XVI will preside over the evening prayer of the Feast of the Conversion of St. Paul, on 25 January in the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls. This will conclude the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, revealed a communique from Monsignor Guido Marini, Master of Papal Liturgical Celebrations, on Thursday. The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity begins on Friday focusing on the theme: "What does the Lord require of us".
Monsignor Marini also informed that the representatives of other Churches and ecclesial communities present in Rome will participate in the celebration. He has also specially invited the clergy and faithful of the Diocese of Rome to the celebration in the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls.
