(Vatican Radio) Ailing re-elected Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez will not be inaugurated
on Thursday and that's official. Just re-elected National Assembly Speaker Diosdado
Cabello, who's an unswerving supporter and ally, announced that Hugo Chavez definitely
won't be returning from Cuba yet, to take the oath of office. But Chavez WILL do so,
at a later date... to be decided. The opposition which is planning nationwide
demonstrations on Inauguration Day tomorrow (Thursday) is demanding that Venezuela's
Supreme Court should uphold the Constituion. Newly re-elected State Governor Henrique
Capriles, who lost October 7th's Presidential Election to Hugo Chavez, says a fresh
Election must be held within thirty days of this Inauguration Day. Meanwhile no
appearance or word from Chavez since his December 11th fourth cancer operation. He's
battling severe pneumonia, but Venezuelan officials claim that his condtion is now
