Scripture readings: like a box of treasures

(Vatican Radio ) Monsignor Peter Fleetwood has a suggestion for anyone who feels bewildered by the scripture readings:

"...There is no need to be an expert, but sooner or later you have to crack the code. Here is one way of doing it: read the gospel according to Saint Mark. Why? Well because it is the shortest and simplest of the Gospels, and it is full of encouraging little gems..."
