(Vatican Radio) Veronica Scarisbrick chats to our popular "Latin Lover", Carmelite Father Reginald Foster about the Latin language used by the poet Dante, asking him to translate some passages from this Italian poet.

A poet sometimes quoted by Pope Benedict XVI and from whom Benedict XV, one of his predecessors to the See of Peter also drew inspiration, going so far as to dedicate to him the encyclical 'Praeclara Summorum'.
