Police in Uganda have again arrested the country's top opposition leader during a
protest march for what authorities called “causing chaos”.
Kizza Besigye has
been arrested four times in the past three weeks. He had just been released on bail
on Wednesday, after leading protests last week against rising food and fuel prices.
The
leader of the The Forum for Democratic Change was the runner-up to veteran President
Yoweri Museveni in a disputed February election.
