Among those invited to speak at the Plenary Assembly of the Pontifical Council for Social Communications which took place this past week here in the Vatican was the Communications Officer of the Clifton diocese . A diocese headed by Bishop Declan Lang which covers the West country as it’s known in England, essentially the counties of Somerset, Wiltshire , Gloucestershire and the city and county of Bristol.The Communications Officer in question is Tom Bigwood .


While in Rome, Tom came round to call on us and on this occasion Veronica Scarisbrick thought she'd ask him a few questions regarding the talk to his distinguished audience of communicators, among whom cardinals and bishops. ..
