Solar storm warning

Scientists have warned that a massive solar flare in 2013 could cause global chaos by triggering power blackouts and wrecking satellite communications. But how real is this threat? And have modern societies become too dependent on technology that leaves them vulnerable to such events? Susy Hodges finds out more from Astronomer Brother Guy Consolmagno from the Vatican Observatory ....
