One of the Beatles came home one afternoon to to find his mother clutching a set of rosary beads and praying . She had just been told she had an incurable disease and had turned to a traditional Catholic prayer.
As Monsignor Peter Fleetwood tells us there's a story that the scene inspired Paul McCartney to write one of his most popular songs...
