Missionaries of Charity Carry On Mother Teresa's Legacy in Rome
(26 Aug 10 - RV) Today marks the 100th Anniversary of the birth of Mother
Teresa.
In 1989 after his historic visit to Mother Teresa in her Motherhouse,
Pope John Paul II asked the Blessed of Calcutta to start a mission in the Vatican
to take care of the poor and destitute of Rome.
Today the Missionaries of Charity
Vatican community are led by Sister Agnes Marie who spoke to us about carrying on
the Mother’s legacy under the shadow of the Dome:
