FAO Calls on Governments to Eliminate Hunger Worldwide

(29 May 10 - RV) The UN Food and Agriculture Organisation, or FAO, recently launched an online petition highlighting the fact that 1 billion people suffer from hunger. The “1 billion hungry project” is calling on governments to make the elimination of hunger their top priority, and for people to raise their voices on the issue.
