Pope Benedict Tells Youth True Freedom Comes Through Commitment

(02 May 10-RV) As we go to air this morning Pope Benedict has just come from viewing the holy shroud of Turin, on public display in the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, and on his way to visit the sick at the nearby Cottolenga House of Divine Providence before returning to Rome later this evening. Before venerating the Holy shroud, Pope Benedict met with thousands of youth gathered in Turin’s central St. Charles Square. Lydia O’Kane has this report….
