Patriarch Twal in Rome to Discuss Middle East Synod

(23 Apr 10 - RV) The Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, Fuad Twal is in Rome this week to discuss preparations for the Special Synod Assembly for the Middle East, which is scheduled to take place this coming October.

Pope Benedict will present the instrumentum laboris – the Synod Fathers’ working document – during his upcoming voyage to Cyprus.
