(10 Jan 10 - RV) Would-be arsonists in Muslim Malaysia struck at a convent school
and a sixth church on Sunday while church and government leaders called for calm in
a row over Christians' use of the word "Allah" to refer to God.
The attacks,
in response a court ruling that allowed the Catholic newspaper Herald to use "Allah"
in its Malay-language editions, had prompted Muslims to protest at mosques and sparked
arson attacks on a string of churches that saw a Pentecostal church gutted.
