Head of Albania Orthodox Church to visit Pope
(Dec.01,2009): The Head of the Albanian Orthodox Church, Archbishop Anastasios and his delegation of three bishops and two priests will visit Pope Benedict XVI and the Catholic Church in Rome from 3-8 December.
The delegation will arrive in Rome on Thursday, 3rd Dec. Pope Benedict XVI will receive them in audience on Friday, 4th Dec. They are scheduled to visit Vatican’s Pontifical Council for the Promotion of Christian Unity and sacred places of Rome before they leave on 8th Dec.
