Pontifical Council of Social Communications Opens Plenary Meeting

(26 Oct 09 - RV) The Pontifical Council of Social Communications opened its plenary meeting today at the Vatican. The President of the Council is Archbishop Claudio Celli. He said this year’s meeting is a working meeting, and will look at the ways new communications technology is affecting the world.
