Irish Voters Gear Up for EU Reform Treaty Polls

(1 Oct 09 - RV) Irish voters go to the polls tomorrow in a second referendum on the European Union’s reform treaty. Yesterday, Ireland's prime minister warned the vote would be final and European integration would be at risk if they rejected it again. We spoke to Professor of Politics at the University of Ulster, Paul Arthur who says that attitudes have changed since the last poll on the Lisbon Treaty.
