Irish Voters Gear Up for EU Reform Treaty Polls


(1 Oct 09 - RV) Irish voters go to the polls tomorrow in a second referendum on the European Union’s reform treaty. Yesterday, Ireland's prime minister warned the vote would be final and European integration would be at risk if they rejected it again.
