SA Workers Strike for Better Wages


(10 July 09 - RV) South Africa's National Union of Mineworkers and employers said yesterday they had agreed on a plan for better wages which could end a strike threatening to delay work on stadiums for the 2010 World Cup.
We spoke to Gunther Simmermacher editor of the South African Catholic Weekly, The Southern Cross, who says this strike will unlikely to affect the World Cup. RealAudioMP3
