Benedict XVI's Third Encyclical : 'Charity in Truth'

(29 June 09 - RV) Pope Benedict XVI signed his latest encyclical today. The document, entitled "Charity in Truth" is expected to be published soon.
The Holy Father made the announcement at his Angelus for the Solemnity of Sts. Peter and Paul.
The Angelus followed the mass of the day, in which Pope Benedict bestowed the pallium on 34 new Metropolitan Archbishops in St. Peter’s Basilica. We have this report:
