Caritas Provides Aid to Sri Lanka

(29 Apr 09 - RV) Visiting French and British foreign ministers called for an immediate cease-fire in the war in Sri Lanka on Wednesday, saying the need to protect civilians in the war zone is paramount. They also visited a camp for war refugees.
