People of Cameroon Await Pope Benedict XVI

(17 Mar 09 - RV)Pope Benedict XVI begins his Apostolic voyage to Africa today. It is his first trip to the continent as Pope, and his 11^th Apostolic voyage outside Italy. Ahead of the Holy Father’s arrival in Cameroon, civil and religious authorities made frenetic final preparations and the people began to show their excitement.
