Conference Underway on Biological Evolution
(6 Mar 09 - RV) A major international conference celebrating the 150th anniversary of the publication of Charles Darwin’s Origin of Species is underway this week at Rome’s Pontifical Gregorian University.
Under the sponsorship of the Pontifical Council for Culture and in partnership with the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, scientists, philosophers and theologians from all around the world are gathered to discuss the facts and theories of biological evolution.
