Food Aid Becomes Scarce in North Korea

(16 Feb 09 - RV) North Korea today celebrated the 67th birthday of leader Kim Jong Il.
The celebrations came amid high tensions over Pyongyang's reported moves to test-fire a long-range missile.
Meanwhile, South Korean activists across the tense border flew tens of thousands of anti-Kim leaflets by balloon to the North – which has been suffering from a food crisis.
