Economic Crisis Affects World's Poor

(6 Feb 09 - RV) Five months after a series of devastating storms hit the Caribbean Island of Haiti, aid agencies and non governmental organisations are pulling out.  Not because their relief programs have been completed, rather because donor funding for the poorest nation in the western hemisphere has dried up.
