(04 Dec 08 - RV) Biblical Scholars and Computer experts met today at the Papal Basilica
of Saint Paul’s Outside the Walls here in Rome for a conference entitled “Reading
the Bible Today in our Digital World.” The Conference is a follow-up to the recently
concluded General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops, which focused on the Word of God. The
goal is to find ways to make the bible more accessible to people in the computer age. Edmund
