Fighting in the Philippines Leaves Thousands Displaced

(15 Nov 08 - RV) Continued fighting in Mindanao in the Philippines between government troops and the rebel Moro Islamic Liberation Front has led to the displacement of 66,000 people.
The International Committee of the Red Cross has been working in Mindanao to provide food, clean water, sanitation, medical supplies and household items to displaced people.
