African and European Farming Organisations Meet

(11 Oct 08 - RV) A conference was held this week in Rome which brought together African and European farming organisations to look at what agricultural model is most appropriate for our societies. The congress organised by the Europa Africa Campaign, which promotes mutually supportive and sustainable agriculture in both continents, also addressed agricultural policy issues. We spoke to Nora McKeon, one of the organisers of the congress who told us more.
