Violence Hits Southern Philippines

(23 Aug 08 - RV) In the Philippines, recent fighting between groups allegedly linked to the Moro Islamic Liberation Front and government troops has so far caused the deaths of 38 people and forced more than 20,000 others to flee their homes.
