Australian Indigenous Youth Head to Sydney for WYD

(10 July 08-RV) Pilgrims are pouring into Sydney with the arrival of delegations from the US, Angola and Vietnam over the last two days.
Up to 225,000 registered pilgrims are expected to take part in the daily events.
Fr. Asraeli Raas, is chaplain to aboriginal tribal groups in the Alice Springs area of central Australia. He is travelling with 88 young aboriginals, many of whom are leaving their region for the first time, to take part in WYD events...
