(4 April 08-RV) Thousands of people are expected to gather in the US city of Memphis
to mark 40 years since the death of civil rights leader Martin Luther King. Presidential
hopefuls John McCain and Hillary Clinton are expected to attend the anniversary at
the Lorraine Motel, where Dr. King was shot dead in 1968 at the age of 39. Dr King's
"I have a dream" speech, still considered among the greatest, inspired millions in
the non-violent campaign for equal rights. He was awarded the Nobel Peace prize in
1964 for his efforts to end segregation and racial discrimination. We spoke to Dr.
