(03 Mar 08 - RV) Dozens of people with assault rifles and machetes stormed a village
in western Kenya today, killing at least 13 people _ including six children _ and
burning people alive in their homes. Kenya's National Police said the fighting was
over land, and not the country's disputed Dec. 27 presidential election, which unleashed
weeks of nationwide bloodshed. Meanwhile, Pastoralist communities are facing a crisis
in Kenya's north eastern province because of drought and the consequent pressure on
