Chad to Expel Darfur Refugees

(12 Feb 08 - RV) Chad has accused Sudan today of backing rebels and is threatening to expel the 240 thousand Darfur refugees from the camps there. It has also refused to allow 12 thousand refugees fleeing renewed violence in Darfur this weekend access to the camps in eastern Chad.
