(12 January 2007 - RV) The largest nationalist party in Northern Ireland, Sinn Fein,
will meet tomorrow to decide whether or not to hold a conference to debate the issue
of policing in the province. Failure to hold the special conference could jeopardise
hopes of devolution returning by the end of March. We spoke to independent policy
analyst Robin Wilson, who says the issue of power sharing between Northern Ireland's
two main parties is still a stumbling block.
