(9 Nov '06 - RV) Sri Lanka's Army said today that it had sunk 22 Tamil Tiger rebel
boats in the north of the country. The claim came a day after the Army bombed a camp
for internally displaced people in the east, later claiming the rebels were using
people as human shields. We spoke to the regional director of the Jesuit Refugee Service
