Poland Celebrates the Papacy of John Paul II

( 16 Oct 2006 RV) October 16^th marked the anniversary of Pope John Paul II’s election to the papacy. In honour of the occasion, the people of his native Poland held prayer meetings, processions and filled national television with a variety of images dedicated to the late Pope.
