U.N. Plenary Session on Migration


18 September 06 -RV) The first ever Plenary Session of the U.N. General Assembly on Migration issues began last week at the United Nations in New York. The session is focusing on ways to maximise the benefits and minimize the difficulties of migration. Millions of people cross national borders every year and a significant percentage of them do not follow all the regulations of the country they are entering.
