Violence in Iraq

(19 July 2006 - RV) A new report says nearly 6,000 civilians were slain across Iraq in May and June, a sharp rise that reflects increasing sectarian attacks across the country. Father Bashar Warder, of St. Elias Parish in Bagdhad, spoke to Emer McCarthy about life in the capital, where most of the attacks are concentrated.
