African Migrants in Malta

(19 July 2006 - RV) Malta is refusing to allow 51 african migrants aboard a spanish trawler to dock, drawing criticism from the UN. Father Pau Pace of the Jesuit Refugee Service says the conditions at these centers are a cause for concern.
