Burundi's Babies

(02 July 2006 RV) A deadline for signing a comprehensive ceasefire agreement between the Burundi government and the country's last remaining rebel group passed yesterday,with talks between the two parties stalled.
The mediator, South African Safety and Security Minister Charles Nqakula, had set July 1 as the deadline for the government and the Hutu rebels Forces for National Liberation (FNL) to sign an agreement.
