(15 Jun 06 - RV) The United States is convening an international meeting in New York
today, to discuss the successes in Somalia of the Islamic Militia in the country.
The talks come as the Islamists move on a key town near the Ethiopian border in a
bid to expand their authority. They seized control of much of Southern Somalia and
the capital Mogadishu last week after from warlords following three months of battles
